At Spotty Otter, we absolutely cherish the stories and memories our customers share with us. Recently, we received a heart-warming story from one of our long-time customers, Helen, that truly touched our hearts.

Helen has been a customer with us for years, and her story is a beautiful testament to the adventures our gear can support. She shared a pair of photos that perfectly encapsulate the growth and joy her family has experienced while exploring the great outdoors. The first photo takes us back to 2016, when her boys were just 2 and 4 years old. They had just completed their first ascent of Catbells, looking proud and adventurous in their Spotty Otter gear. Fast forward to the present, and the second photo shows the boys, now 10 and 12, still clad in their trusty Spotty Otter attire and tackling mountains with the same enthusiasm.

Seeing these photos and hearing about Helen's family's adventures fills us with immense pride. It's incredible to witness how our products have been part of their journey, providing comfort and protection as they explore the beauty of nature together. Moments like these are what make our work so rewarding.
