We want your kids to have fun without worrying about getting their Spotty Otter kit muddy, so we've made sure that taking care of their Spotty Otter garments is easy and leaves more time for exploring.

Forest Leader and Forest Ranger: Wiping mud off the PU outers once you have taken them off should be all you need to do to keep them looking great. Most washing detergents and fabric softeners will degrade the fabric, so please avoid them. If they really do need more of a wash, turn inside out and handwash using a delicate fabric soap, or in your washing machine at no more than 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry - instead, hang or lay flat to dry.

Adventure & Patrol: The technical fabric used for these garments make them very durable, but they will need a more technical wash and re-proofing system to maintain their qualities over time. We recommend using the Storm care range for washing and re-proofing your garments when needed.

Our Merino socks need an extra bit of TLC to keep them like new, please wash on a gentle wool cycle using a wool/delicate wash. Do not tumble dry.

Unfortunately we do not have a repair service at this time. Please contact us and we can recommend the best way to repair any items, or offer spare parts where we can.

&nbsp

Most of our ranges can be split into 2 categories: lined and unlined.

Forest Ranger and Adventure are unlined, giving the most versatile options to layer up as needed underneath, but are still great for the warmer months over thinner clothes.

Forest Leader and Patrol are the same great design and outer fabrics as the above, but with extra cosy fleece lining to keep your cubs toasty in the colder weather.
