Spotty Otter National Parks Ambassadors

As part of our ongoing partnership with National Parks UK, our amazing family of Spotty Otter National Parks Ambassadors are sharing their adventures in their local National Park with us, all while testing out their Forest Waterproofs and Wellies.

Becoming An Ambassador

The nature-hunt for “family ambassadors”, with children aged up to 8, to share their Spotty Otter adventure pictures and stories from their favourite UK National Park is ongoing. Lucky families will be selected for each park and will receive free Spotty Otter Forest kit, (down to the all-important puddle-tastic wellies), to take their adventures further, higher, and splashier than ever before.

If you would like to apply to be a Spotty Otter UK National Park Family Ambassador, simply fill in the form below, then get out to your favourite National Park, anywhere in the UK, get creative, and get submitting using #SOxNPambassador or email your photos to

Our UK National Park Ambassadors

New Forest National Park

"We live right on the border of the New Forest National Park. We are a home educating family who hold the firm belief that there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing & have been known to go out in the pouring rain, on the hunt for the biggest & muddiest puddles to jump in!"

South Downs National Park

"We are an adventure family of 3, who love spending time outdoors, and take pleasure in simple things. I am an ecologist so we are showing our little girl importance of the natural world and along the way I capture those precious moments of us enjoying the outdoors."

Northumberland National Park

"From an early age our girls have always enjoyed being out and about exploring. See what wildlife we can see and collecting leaves, conker picking etc and then making crafts. It’s all part of the fun. We look forward to making many more memories across the Northumberland National Park."

Peak District National Park

"We live near the edge of the Peak District. We're outside in most weathers & aren't afraid of a bit of rain. Our boys love being outdoors as there's so much do see, do, and learn along the way. They also don't like to stop moving for very long! We all love to explore new places, camp, swim, read books and have fun along the way."

Snowdonia National Park

"After living and working across the globe, we moved back to the UK & settled in Snowdonia in a National Trust cottage.
